Juana Joins CAMPOS Fellows for 2nd Straight Year

Juana as Keynote Speaker at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee

With students from across University of Wisconsin campuses I am excited to present as the lunchtime keynote speaker at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee during their 32nd annual American Multicultural Student Leadership Conference (AMSLC). It was inspiring to see 400 young people on the move and ready to shape our country's future.

Community College of Denver (CCD)

ccd Community College of Denver is the only Hispanic Serving Institution in Metro-Denver. Juana spent one day with 40 of the top administrators and staff working on the Power of Diversity and Leadership. Kudos to CCD for the work with their students - the majority come from communities of color.

Juana Celebrates with Nazareth College Students in Rochester, NY

2015-nazareth-college Way up North in Rochester, NY Latinos at Nazareth College have a Latino House where students can gather. This year they had a dia de los muertos celebration. The altar was still up when Juana presented and met with Latino students on Nov. 15th and 16th.

West Texas A&M Students Celebrate Heritage and Leadership with Juana

Juana Acts as Lead Facilitator for HACR Pipeline Program in DC

2015-hacr-cropped Juana was the lead facilitator for the Hispanic Association for Corporate Responsibilities first Pipeline Program in D.C. on Nov 2-3. The program's goal is to develop the leadership and career advancement skills of mid and upper level Hispanic executives.

Juana Keynotes the ALAS Conference

2015-alas-cropped The Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators - in Albuquerque on October 16. By the year 2025, Latino children will make up 25 percent of the school-age population. ALAS serves a voice for Latinos and education in the United States.
