March 13, 2022 - Juana is speaking and motivating 350 Latino youth as part of the Angelo Del Toro Puerto Rican / Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute in New York which is celebrating 30 years of excellence!
Juana received The International Leadership Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award in Ottowa, Canada on Oct. 26, 2019
This prestigious award has been given to Peter Drucker, Robert Greenleaf, Warren Bennis, and Margaret Wheatley. Juana was the first Latina honored with this award.

Leader to Leader Journal’s 25th anniversary features a new article by Juana which deals with the influence Latinos will have in this century in creating a multicultural society.
